Terms and Conditions of Sale

Deposit and Payment Terms
- Buyer must submit a 50 percent deposit of the total purchase price before FWTD will place the order with the manufacturer.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of delivery.
- All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the order has been placed.

Accepted Payment Methods
Buyer may make payments via:
• Cash
• Wire transfer
• Cashier’s check
• Money order
• Bank financing previously approved by FWTD
No other payment methods will be accepted.

Dealer Disclosure
Buyer acknowledges that Food Wheel Trailer Distributors is a dealer and not the manufacturer of the trailer. FWTD does not design, produce, or assemble the equipment supplied by the manufacturer.

Warranties
FWTD does not provide any warranties, whether express or implied.
All warranties, service issues, or claims related to the trailer are solely provided and administered by the manufacturer. FWTD will assist in connecting Buyer with the manufacturer but is not responsible for warranty decisions or repairs.

Trailer Specifications and Approvals
Buyer is responsible for reviewing and approving the final design, specifications, and equipment list before production begins.
Once approval is given, no changes can be made without additional cost and manufacturer acceptance.

Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer. FWTD is not responsible for delays caused by production schedules, supply chain issues, transportation, or other circumstances beyond its control.
Final payment must be received before Buyer can take possession of the trailer.

Cancellation Policy
Once the deposit is paid and the trailer order is placed, the order is non-cancellable. Deposits are non-refundable, as FWTD is financially committed to the manufacturer on Buyer’s behalf.

Limitation of Liability
FWTD is not liable for:
• Delays in production or delivery
• Manufacturer defects
• Business interruption or revenue loss related to the trailer
• Any damages beyond the total amount paid by Buyer
